I sent a mass e-mail from this fourms board asking everyone if the forums found here http://brujahunited.forumotion.com/index.htm would be easy for everyone to understand how to use it to make posts and whatnot on this forums board.
Well instead of doing the PM thing ( you still can if you want to ) I am making a poll to ask it simply.
Reason for this poll was becasue I pesonaly went though the forums to use it as if being a normal user of the forums, and found there to be a posiblity the forums may not be new user friendly ( no not just that its a learning curve to learn to set it up, but that some people might not understand even how to do simple things on this forums. )
You will all notice that the forums theme had been changed to a more simple one and right now at this moment I will probly only make a simple layout to start with to get us started, because making a graphical layout and trying to make it look neat takes alot of planning. Planning for what to use, colors for boraders, text, links, buttons making button graphics or finding some, ect. the last layout I did I tryed to rush it and it turned out horrible.
Also I should note that I take quite a while to accualy get things with this done becasue while I have had previous experance with it I forget alot of things easy and I ussaly have to relearn them over again ( not that I forgot the whole why this and that its more I forgot the how to get it done part, I tend to retain the why and what its used for easy its the whole what method and where to use it that eludes me alot. ) Just note though we may be using a simple layout for a bit so this reguardless of what fourms are used as the new ones isnt gonna change.
Now back on topic please vote for this and post why you feel what you voted but note though before you vote follow these steps.
1) Go to http://brujahunited.forumotion.com/index.htm and sing up for the forums ( yes i know you might ask why if we might not use them, but to accualy get a feel and beavble to use alot of stuff like posting ect. plus I also want to know if the singing up was easy and understandable ( do not say its not easy jstu becasue you have to fill out a forum for age and whatnot what I want to know is if you understand what fields were needed and was it easy to understand what info you needed to provoide for a forums account. )
2 ) Make some posts can be random stuff no need to try and stick on topic for anything.
3 ) After using it for at least 10 minutes come back here and vote and post why you feel the way you voted.
Particapation from everyone is very recommended as this will give enough feedback and even if only two people vote or one and you didn't botehr to well you'll have to put with with whatever info i get from that so don't let that happen and please make a testout of this and vote yourself. I need to make a desicion soon so I am hoping this might be done within a week from this post so I can gather information from users and see where it gose.
I will also note too if this one at forumotions dosent get good marks from teh comments I still have another one made at zeta boards, and I will show that one off again depending on the infomation this gives.

I Miss outlines 'breaks', between post.
I was used lots of forums as mod, and user but.. to being honest.. that skin the worst I ever saw. 
I prefer phpBB. I use that without hesitation if asked to set up forum. Also used punBB a while ago.

I making this updated post over a ToS thats in the forumotions board that I am not comftable with, while this isnt listed in the accualy ToS on the main forumotions site it is listed in the agreement when you sign up for a forums account on the new forums.
This one thing pointed out to me is enough for me to reconsider moving to this forums board, becasue I feel people have a right to criticise and state thier opions as long as its not intenonal harrassment, and this one condition makes it where even just being giving constirctive critisim seems to be against their rules.
I have looked over zeta boards again and I havent seen anything saying this in their forums hosting so right now as far as I am concered were changing plans on boards were switching to now, so now this one is gonna be the intended new forums board.

Ok i registered myself on the zetaboards.
Posted some topics there, for 10 minutes or so.
And i voted in the poll, with the "easy" option.
I found it pretty easy to understand the zetaboards main functions.
It is pretty much similar to the ones on the current guild forum, with some smaller differences and added functions, from what i saw, maybe im wrong....
Therefore it is easy, when it is somewhat alike to forums ive already been through.
The ToS, the agrements on zetaboards arent bad, but has many points about not breaking copyright and that stuff, so it is kind a modern i guess.
I posted some ideas for improvements on zetaboards, if someone care, hehe....^^

Zeta is cool I like it. Skin can be improved, but it not confusing, and/or annoying.

Well I personaly think ill plan to use the zeta boards because I just cant agree to the ToS part of forumotions becasue I like to state my options and feel I have a right to do so and shouldnt be bound to keep my mouth shut by a ToS nor should anyone else.
As long as its not something threating lives of people or acts of terroism, or otehr thhings that hurt other people in major ways then I have no problems as long as its also isnt intenonal harrassment.
So far I think zeta boards is a go

Ok now both of you should relog into the zeta boards and see if you both can see the new board I have its set for only people set to the Guild Members group and up to see this called Guild General, also Mein has been instated global moderator group and her title states her being timezone leader of GMT +1.
Preety soon a mass e-mail will be sent out letting all in the members list of this forums know that we will be moving to the new forums when we start the move.
This forums will stay online though but will not accept any new memberships to this one so all new members will have to sign up for the new forums when the forums move happens.
Also just to note something I read you post on forums suggestion Mein and well see what can be done ( not sure how much I can accualy do although its alot mroe then here ) also moliskscout just to let you knwo I showed in thsi same topic an exsample of putting a utube vid in my post that there is a way to post vids in the forums, just note though use this feature wisely as for the spoiler thing not sure yet ill get back to y ou on this one in the same topic for forums suggestions when i figure it out weather if it can or cants be used.
Should also note that you have more charaters space for sigs so it's not as limited on charaters allowed as this board is.
